The project was designed for a butte-top with 360° views. A nearby destination resort hotel was to be served by a funicular from a center distribution point below the butte.

The condominiums were elevated to respond to soil conditions which recommended point loading. The open space created shaded summer garden terraces, which would flow into the native landscape. Overhead bridgewalks through the trees were designed to connect the clusters of 25-unit apartment buildings allowing each cluster to enjoy good solar orientation.

A bridgewalk connected the units to the hotel. The concrete infrastructure of the condominiums was designed to incorporate precast insulated concrete panels with decorative tile insets.
